If you are looking to take your running to the next level, the Legacy Track Club offers coaching and training plans to help you achieve your goals no matter the distance.
While we believe the best results are achieved through working with a coach, we understand that a coaching plan may not be in the budget for runners. We offer a couple of options for runners so you can still have a training plan to follow until you are ready for coaching.
Custom 12-Week Training Plans
If you aren’t currently able to work with a coach, the next best thing is a custom training plan developed by the coaches at Legacy Track Club. These plans can be created for any distance, from high school runners looking to improve their 800m times, to the aspiring ultramarathon runner looking to conquer their first 50 or 100 mile race.
How our Custom 12-Week Training Plans Work
- Click the form to answer a few questions about yourself, your running history, and race distance.
- Coach Falting and Coach Rabo will review the information and set up a virtual meeting to discuss your answers and get any further information.
- Send a payment via Venmo or Paypal for your training plan.
- Coach Falting and Coach Rabo will create a custom training plan, catered to you and your specific training needs.
- Coach Falting and Coach Rabo will do a followup virtual meeting to go over the plan and answer any questions you may have.

Pre-made 12-Week PR Training Plans
Our most budget-friendly option, these pre-made PR training plans are geared toward intermediate runners who have covered a race distance before and are now ready to train to improve their personal record (PR) for the distance. For a one-time payment, you can have a training plan complete with workouts to help you get faster and improve your times.
We currently offer pre-made plans for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon. Stay tuned for additional plans, including the marathon.
